- Advise you on whether you require an ADI licence (this service is provided by Holley Nethercote Lawyers)
- Advise you on APRA’s prudential standards and other requirements
- Assist in preparing the ADI or R-ADI application, including the necessary policies and procedures
- Liaise with APRA and other regulators, on your behalf, throughout the application process
- Coordinate the application process with other licence applications, such as an application for an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or Australian Credit Licence (ACL)
